Description
Most pop-up gazebos use skinny round poles that bend and twist the second the wind picks up. The HexaFold Pro fixes that. It’s a 3×3 meter hexagonal shelter, but the real story is the frame. Each tube is a 4.5cm thick hexagonal aluminum alloy — not round. That thickness and shape make it incredibly stiff. Less sway, less wobble, even when it gets gusty.
The fabric is 20D Oxford cloth. Lightweight, but don’t let that fool you. It’s triple-coated with PU and the seams are heat-taped, so rain stays out. UPF 50+ means you’re not getting cooked underneath either. They added mesh vents in the roof — those help heat escape and actually reduce wind lift, which keeps the canopy from acting like a parachute.
Setup is tool-free. Legs telescope, joints lock into place, and the whole thing folds into a carry bag that’s easy to haul around. The aluminum is rust-proof, so it’ll last through beach trips, market stalls, camping, or just sitting in your backyard. Solid, simple, and surprisingly portable for something this sturdy.
